煤炭大酒店虽然地处柳林这个小地方，但酒店本身软硬件水平与大城市中较好的四星也可一较高低。
酒店楼下车位不多，来晚了就要停到马路对过的停车场，也是酒店自己的。
早餐，以中式为主，西点几乎可以忽略。属于四星较低水平。
空调热水都给力，床比较舒服。窗帘全是电动的，点个赞。日用品不错。
餐厅的饭菜做的挺地道，价格也不贵，服务到位。
总体来讲非常满意。

酒店整体还行，但携程把它归类到“五星级豪华型酒店”实在有点牵强。找的是吕梁市的五星酒店，结果到了之后才知道这里其实是一个县城！说多了都是泪

柳林最好的酒店，设施齐全，室内恒温的，卫生间厕所洗浴是分开的，大床特别宽很舒服，只是大床房只能提供一个人的早餐券

想不到在县城竞然有这么好的酒店。绝对够五星级！设施都很新，而且很齐全。床垫枕头都很舒服，拖鞋也很好。商务大床房2米宽的大床，一家三口完全不挤。总之非常满意？
