没想到这个酒店落败到这个样子，两年前，也是春节住过，相当满意，现在房间里已经破败不堪了，脏兮兮的，家具都坏了。主要还是管理者的原因，多要一个杯子废话那么多，就是没有，而我说我摔碎了，花钱买一个，就立刻送来了！酒店大堂没有暖气，自己的员工干活估计也没积极性！没有配套的车辆服务。价格又涨了，同样是过年期间，价格比两年前涨了20%，甚至比我们无锡过年期间还要贵！希望这个城市有新的高档酒店出来，这间店我是不会再住了！
