在办理入住时，前台有位客户买了从酒店到长乐机场的巴士车票，但是没有上车再和前台理论为什么他还没上车，车就开走了。当时的前台完全说是客人的责任，后来大概是他们经理过来了，赔了客人车票钱还派车送客人去机场。酒店应该提醒客人班车出发状况。
