提前预定的酒店入住两个晚上，但身份证交给前台服务人员看都不看直接按一晚来算，押金金额也不定，一会500，一会又说800，然后我说我是住两晚，又改口1000，过了一会儿又改口1500。我想问下这么大的酒店能找个靠谱的前台么？这是在梦游么？说了有预定，拿到身份证不应该和预订的信息核实么？住几晚难道没写么？即使没写是不是也应该和客户确认下住几晚？真心无语，连续第二次入住出现这样弱智的问题，差评！
