新酒店硬件和环境一切都很好，只是结账时发生了一件很窝心的事情，前台说我入住的房间里有一个烟灰缸有点破损，让我赔偿！晕死，事实上，我连烟灰缸的位置都没有动过，真不知道要说什么了…虽然最后通过交涉没事了！但我还是想告诉前台，以后客人入住，你们最好让服务员先带着客人一起检查一下房间里的所有设施，没有问题后再让客人签一张房间设施完好表，分清责任！这样再有什么破损之类的纠纷，就比较好解决了！你们愿意这做吗？！
