上午12点不到，房间整理了半天，结果说是没有整理出来，又换一个房间，让我傻等了半个多小时。把行李放下，烧壶水就出去办事了，下午三点突然有急事要离开，房间都没有动，了不到三个小时，要算我一天的房费！这么多年住酒店第一次碰到。
