5日凌晨二点半左右入住时忘记手机充电器在前台，第二天早九点多想起去找，前台服务员说没有看见，让查监控又说没权限，说只有老板有权限，而老板又出差在外，打电话也人接听，唉，就一个手机充电器，找那么多借口，送给你了，差评一起奉上
