去年国庆结婚的时候住的这家酒店，当时服务很热情，卫生做的也很不错，于是今年回娘家对比南康大酒店和九洲毫不犹豫的又预订了九洲，结果令人大失所望，房间卫生退步了，我们拿到房卡进去后竟然发现一股浓浓的烟味。还有前台接待的也很没耐心，建议高层领导重点关注，把员工培训好，酒店的品牌做的持久。

设施有点旧了，但是卫生比较干净，浴巾烂了个洞也不换新的，毛巾也比较烂，价钱偏贵，性价比不高。但是房间高度比较舒适.。
