干净，阿姨热情，就在景区外，左右都有景点。房间位于三楼，楼层很高，老人走起来有点累，走道中间吧台附近有突起，要注意，卫生间高于房间，走出来时也要留心。

预定的和风榻榻米房间，床很柔软，非常舒适，房间采光也很好，设施齐全，洗手池龙头设计挺有中国风，是仿竹型的，前台姑娘非常客气，每次进出都会主动问候，感觉很温馨，而且貌似还是连锁的，在很多旅游热点城市都有，他家还有微信公众号和app，沟通非常方便，大家有机会自己来体验吧！

店家非常热情，服务很周到，可惜这次榻榻米房间在维修，没住上，有点小遗憾。酒店位置就在景区门口不远，很方便，也很安静，主要是很干净，来南浔是非常好的选择。
