宁国国际大酒店处于宁国市中心，周边就是步行街，各种餐厅，电影院，KTV步行三分钟就可以到达。水果店，面包房也都有很多。
酒店房间装修后简约欧风，还配有健身房。
唯一需要改善的是早餐的种类和水平，十几年如一日没啥变化。

设施齐全先进，晚餐在酒店内享用，厨师的技术不错，菜肴色香味俱全，就是早餐西式餐点少了点，配面包的黄油果酱没有，咖啡是三合一的，没有果汁，不适合国际人士，这点似乎与国际大酒店有点距离。
