酒店比较新，房间也干净，离花溪风景区很近，就十几分钟车程，到磐安县城路程也近，但由于磐安在修路，开起来不是很方便。唯一不足的是酒店房间没有提供任何可消费的零食之类的，也没有小超市，酒店周边也没有。
