十一期间入住。硬件：房间不大，够住，新装修，家具新，房间干净，卫生到位，周边热闹。软件：特别提出批评！到店时居然告诉我订的两个标间没了，原因竟然是下午三点给我打电话没打通就擅自退了，此种服务闻所未闻！最后没办法我只能住三个单间，害我多掏一间房子的钱！早餐非常差，核桃馅包子是齁的，叫来餐厅经理居然说原本就是这个味？！酒店没有乔皮枕头！每个房间只给一床被子！退房时说一条毛巾没了！是不是我倒霉都被我碰上？建议：酒店一面临街比较吵，一面临小区安静，在平凉酒店早餐真没意思，还是外面牛肉面首选。综上。
