宾馆环境不错，但服务极差，而且房间里没有任何洗漱用品。我们三家人带孩子，订了3个普通套房，到店后跟我们说普通套房不能住，让我们换标间或是加钱换豪华套房，争执后提出要投诉，才勉强给我们换了套房，房间很大但床只有1米5宽，而且不能加被子，柜子里有备用枕头，但枕套很脏。用服务人员的话说就是他们国营企业，主要对内的，没有办法。要对内干吗把房间挂网上…
