酒店里面特别阴暗.而且房间打扫得很不干净 床边到处都是灰 打开卫生间抽屉还有水发臭 卫生间门也是坏的

订的是有窗的房间，结果到了酒店发现房间一个窗户都没有，被告知没有房间了，要不退房，5.2旅游高峰让我们退房临时去哪住？要求退差价，前台不同意，说退不了，只能退房。房间设施破旧，还有虫子，厕所脏的很，洗澡的水小的很，不推荐来住
