太烂的酒店，白瞎了那么好的硬件设施。服务员都是些小伙小姑娘，态度很差，不会办事。整个房间，公共区域，户外景观都由于缺少维护，又脏又破败。房间里灰尘很大。没什么人住。像我这总被五星骗进去的，也就上一次当，第二天赶紧换酒店。艺龙应该把这种酒店列为黑名单，免得更多人上当。
