以前住过这家酒店套房，还不错，这次过去还住这里，订的特色房A，安排了星空后面贴心的换了房间有木头的那个房型。味道很大，服务员说那是木头的味道，喷洒空气清新剂就好了，不是我说的下水道的味道。我也懒得换了，到了晚上开着空调被味道熏醒，真的太难受了。希望可以改善，别再忽悠客人说是木头的味道了。 还有就是房费已经在平台上支付，过去登记酒店收取300押金，结果早上走了，退给我27块钱！打电话过去问，酒店说不好意思，搞错了，她说又核对了我的账单才消费19块钱。后来加我微信也退我了，我也是真的服了，如果不能胜任这份工作就最好不要做了，经常出差，从没有遇到过这样的问题。希望以上反应问题能够解决。）

房间一般般吧，窗外的景色也是一般般，我订的是特色房不可以加床的别的房间不知道，酒店早餐没去吃过，没开车停车方不方便不知道，不过离高速出口廷近的，楼下叫出租车方便价格也便宜。。。

各项指标都好，唯独2点不足。1、当晚隔壁房打麻将的吵杂声太大；2、自助早餐时，没有吃完就来收拾桌面与打扫卫生。应该客人说说尽量快点或怎样处理比较妥当。
