我们住的8310房间，电视打不开必须让服务员拿另一个遥控板来开，开了还要拿走；水壶盖是坏的，接水自己就掉地上了；淋浴喷头是坏的；最最要命的是空调制冷效果不好，设置到19℃都没效果，整天晚上空调都在“嘎～咔”的响，严重影响睡眠；再说酒店里的总台电话8312999，刚拨前4位，电话就通了，打到别的客房里去了，不得不用手机拨打前台电话，通了后问怎么用房间电话拨打前台电话，小妹说她不知道！！
