1、前台服务态度及其差劲，从头到尾都是板着脸，问个问题，要问三遍才有回答
2、房间卫生：墙面脏，水杯都有别人喝完没洗的茶渍
3、空调出出来的风有股霉味，也不知道多少年没洗了
