今天我不得不说说这家酒店奇葩的服务与怪异的思维。这家酒从开业至今，我每次从外地回到家乡独山，都会选择入驻这家酒店，但不知道是什么原因，这家酒店的服务是越来越差，一是床上用品与卫浴用品，从开业到今天都没有新换过，旧不讲，还有破洞。二是这家酒店同一价位的大床房有两种不同的户型，有一种算异型，要比他在携程上介绍的要小些，新风也不太好。这两年，不知为什么每次预定明明有正常的房，但给订的都是异形房，过去我没注意，今年春节我开始也定的是这房，房间不但新风风量不够，还漏水还有臭味，次日提出酒店给换了正常的房型，所以，这次佃入住时我专门问了前台，说不想被安排在异形的房间，当时我正在与接待我的服务员沟通这事时，一个姓聂的男服务生冲过来，说没有别的大床房了，不住就算了，态度非常恶，当我提出，如何我入住后，当发现以上问题时，希望他们不管多晚，前台管多晚都能安排人来处理，可那位聂姓男生，说你进了房间如没有意见，就不能再提出让人处理的要求了，当我不周意时，他就私自把我的订单给取消了。这样的服务真的太差了。气死人了，不但服务不好，还骂人，说我放气，放气指的是什么，大家不用解释都情人劫 明白他在骂人。

差差差，差极差！没有4楼（A5）只有5楼，没有提示，找了许久，更可恨的是，KTV吵S。房间的隔音都没有，小孩子闹心的很，一个晚上没睡觉。吃早餐服务态度极差！既然有人吵架！

环境一般，床还是比较够大的，免费的早餐也没有太多的品种，带了一个小孩还要另收48元的早餐费，想开个发票都开不了。
