位置好，晚上睡觉也不闹，前台和餐厅工作人员服务态度好，房间卫生好，半夜马桶堵了，工作人员也立即安排师傅解决，师傅很快到来，一分钟便解决了，赞👍👍👍

服务太差劲了，冲着四星去的结果服务比家庭旅馆还差、不知道平台是怎么选的，完全没有四星资质的酒店居然允许它宣传为四星，坑害消费者。酒店管理也是奇葩了，本来就是节假日，我们到店被告知无车位了（原因是有打麻将占位了），还要我们凌晨时刻自己找停车位，停车场明明可以无阻挡的放置一辆车，还放言刮花了不负责，后面又有客户来了别人居然就停进去了，让通知经理，经理解释到刚才那辆车马上走（骗傻子吗？同是住店的客户，外地牌照，居然给我介绍别个马上走？如果马上走还需要下榻你们这个破店吗？）向前台反应了，无反应只一直说她们也是打工的，至今酒店关于此事无反应和回复。就贵州都匀此酒店的服务品质我只能说真丢了贵州人的脸。酒店设施、装修老旧，无四星品质欺骗消费者，我将保留向有关部门反应和投诉的权利！差劲的消费体验！这钱完全花的不值，就全当做慈善了，这酒店也就如此了！

比较老旧的酒店了，说是四星其实顶多就是个两星，房间卫生都还不错，提供的早餐样式很少，二楼的餐厅上菜不是一般的慢，口味也很一般，菜式很少，收费虽然不贵，但真心不推荐在这用餐。酒店停车场不算大，停车还算方便。
