位置、硬件设施表面上看还可以，但入住后太失望！1.房间的隔音太差，本想早点休息，但窗外广场舞的音乐声实在太吵，联系前台提出换房，但回复太令人失望，没有体会客人的痛苦。2.无线网络无法连接，4G信号也上不了，前台一句可能信号不好就打发了。3.早餐太差，自助餐连吃个煮鸡蛋都要限量供应1只每人，就可以想象出别的能有什么好东东吃了，最关键是连位置都没有，我真想端到大堂或总经理办公室去吃，旅游旺季生意好，客人多是好事，但不能因为人多就降低服务质量，起码餐厅的位置要安排足够，一个餐厅不够就安排两个吗，这么简单的事情难道很困难吗，好像饭店也接待过中央首长,说明有接待能力，那说明还是人的问题！我们不需要太多的服务，只需要简单的，基本的满足，真的好失望！四星级吗！表示怀疑！小客栈早餐也这舒服、舒心！

这里房间比较大，住得舒服，房间里的设施好用，热水够快，旁边是一条河可以看到河景。从酒店到小七孔景区东门大概23公里，40多分钟的车程，很方便。对面有超市，方便购物。
