空调没一点作用，入住太晚没向酒店反映，房间里也没毛毯，只好把衣服都盖上御寒。退房时反映这个问题，前台居然无任何反应，让我不得不怀疑他们知道这一情况！

位置虽好，但太不适合冬天入住，楼上暖气给力，但楼下卧室开了空调接近二十个小时才升到16度，冷死了一晚上
