酒店唯一的优点是位置绝佳，在景区中心，其它相比高昂的价格就乏善可陈了，旺季居然自助餐只有中午才有，晚餐没有自助餐，只能点餐，但价格贵的要死，反正你不吃也没得地方吃，口味的话倒还可以，另一个糟点是早餐，时间太短，到9.30分就结束了，另一个是基本没啥吃的，吃光的东西都不怎么补充。

酒店的管理和服务质量真的不怎么样。进酒店电梯就直接把我一家人困电梯里面了（没有乱按电梯里任何按键）还好只是3楼，小孩子吓到了，大人们只好强装镇定，安慰小朋友。好不容易工程部的来开了电梯门，说了句不好意思。然后就没有然后了。房间霉味重。空调不给力。下午5点也没热水。总之不满意！

位置很好，就在景区的中央。硬件也都不错，准五星标准了。唯一缺点是洗澡水不够热，开到最热也不太热。

小七孔景区内，如果自驾可以开车进入，停车方便，餐厅实惠可口，房间设施稍有陈旧，但服务不错。而且周边环境完美。适合度假。
