5、6樓是卡拉ok音響聲音能傳到10樓以上，很影響休息，而且晚上冷氣機突然壞了，出不了冷氣，還好天氣轉涼，所以沒有向酒店反映，前台服務員還好，但樓上的服務員就板着一張臉不太友善，房間清潔和設施狀態一般，就是地點好。
