因为大雪路滑，被滞留在路上，去不了酒店，这种因为外界天气原因不是个人情况的申请退款，老板居然不给退！太不通情理了，很早就打电话了，艺龙也去沟通但是还无法退订！差评！！！！！！！

到房间门口就发现门开着，灯亮着，电视开着，服务员出现时询问她，她很淡定很习以为常的说，我就插一下万能卡 用个wifi，然后酒把万能卡拿走了，留下一脸懵*的我们………第一次遇到这种情况，苦笑不得。牙刷袋还有一只被撕开了，里面的牙膏也没有，明显就是被人拿出来、服务员忘记更换的…早餐也很一般，连牛奶咖啡这种基本配置也没有。不推荐。
