圣诞节前三天就订的房子，圣诞节当天入住的，尽然留了两间电梯口的房子，这都不说了，大晚上的准备睡觉，还能听见楼道服务员对讲机在说话，房子的卫生真不敢恭维，卫生间地板上还有蟑螂在跑，马桶面还有尿液，真不知道服务员是怎样收拾的。反正不是很舒心。预定房费都付完了，总台还要求押金交600，说是房间有消费的东西，我也想不到什么东西可以消费600元……四星的酒店也不会这样吧！
