大厅服务员比较热情，当地应该算不错的酒店，服务员态度值得发扬让人有宾至如归的感觉，酒店很贴心，退房延时，积极配合客人需求，水果，加热马桶盖，相当不错，咱一个，总体感觉还不错。只是庆阳的圆通快递小哥太不实在了。前台的开票时间要是神速一点就完美了。谢谢大大怪

还不错的酒店，前台美女很专业，很快办理入住，大厅服务员递来热毛巾，擦掉一身的疲惫，像我们这样常出差的人来说，像到家一样，很贴心的服务，房间还送了庆阳本地苹果，很甜。房间卫生很干净。房间设施一般，给3星，但服务特别好给5星，总体还是不错的，值得推荐
