第一次入住这家酒店，酒店设施虽然在庆阳算不上第一，但服务绝对一流，进酒店就感觉到满满的温馨。023号管家高楠彬彬有礼，服务周到，在预定房间紧张的情况下，免费为我们升级了房间。难得酒店还有免费下午茶，必须点赞。酒店位置也好，周边吃饭的地方很多。一次很好的体验，以后来庆阳的首届酒店。

和网上评价上说的一样，服务主动、热情、积极。前厅美女非常专业，接待015主动帮我送行李，听说我想买衣服还帮我介绍了周边的商场和美食，大厅见到也是主动问候 ，让人倍感亲切。
