痛苦回忆，15年4月16日晚，开了三间房，早上房卡给总台，要求查房，早饭后来退房，吃好饭后总台磨了快30分钟在我的要求下开发票，我要求分开两张开，对方磨了10分钟开给我一张，半天后告知发票没了，要下月开，在我同意近期寄给我后（他去其他酒店开），问他是不是全好了，回复看了。晚上到杭州发现笔记本电脑遗失在酒店，电话问，回复：在的。问他查房后为什不告诉我，说是重来不是当场查房同时告诉我说有多的钱要退给我
