入住的是行政商务套房，房间宽敞无比。卧室温馨、床很舒适，视野非常好，面向寥廓公园一测。地理位置没得说，楼下就是公交车站，傍边就是第一人民医院。离寥廓公园和麒麟公园都顶多10分钟的步行路程。房间每晚都会赠送新鲜水果~不但有小米蕉，还有大杨梅。浴室非常大，设备先进，属于洗浴桑拿一体机，既是浴缸泡澡，又能湿蒸，还有按摩功能。早餐也很丰盛。服务员的态度好得没法说，无论是客房服务，还是其他工作人员。
前台工作人员虽然很有礼貌，但是做事不周全。本来我的订单就是两晚，收了800的押金，只给一天的早餐券。结果第二天打电话到房间让续交押金。因为我是替公公婆婆订的酒店，他们完全不知道什么情形，结果又交了400。等我回来问前台，问为什么不让我一次押两天的钱，前台居然说不知道我的订单是两天。我很无语~希望改进。
还有一个建议就是房间应该配置保险箱，即使我知道酒店附近的治安是有口皆碑，但这毕竟是星级酒店的标配。也让客人更加放心。
