  前台小姐姐非常热情，不但免费升级了房间，退房还多延了1小时。房间硬件和早餐不错，交通方便，适合商务出行。退房时竟然还有伴手礼，赞！

  确实不错，房间很大，也较为安静和明亮，我住的是西北角的房间，上午有点冷，下午就暖洋洋了。 晚上九点到十点有夜宵：很好吃的牛肉面。早餐也不错，较为丰富，但是和希尔顿其他酒店相比还是不显丰富，但在曲靖算是首屈一指了。 遗憾的是没有游泳池，房间的空调不太暖，卫生的细节需要加强。 值得一提的是，曲靖禁烟行动做的不好，本来住的是无烟楼层，旁边房间的旅客开着门抽烟，搞得我的屋子也有烟味，一度想换房间了，后来看着天晚了，就算了。希望以后酒店应该强调禁烟呢！总体而言还是很不错呢！提出表扬。在曲靖能够住欢朋，我觉着已经很幸运了！

  住的家庭房，因为周末定房人多，酒店提前打了电话，告知家庭房玩具不够了，可不可以没有玩具。我家孩子十多岁了，有没有玩具都可以的。酒店服务态度不错，预订的房间有两份早餐，前台又送了一份早餐。需要提高的是早餐，品种不少，但是早上不到九点就已经不剩什么了，加菜很慢，有些就不再加了。夜宵从晚上九点开始，九点半到餐厅也没东西了。既然提供餐饮服务，还是弄得周到一些吧。房间不错，洗漱用品也不错。入住时门上有封条，但是我们房间的封条是已经划开的，还好卫生还不错。
