处于珠江源广场对面，市中心繁华地段，非常方便。前面有停车场。房间面积大，设施较新。服务态度相当好，还送了水果。要衣架，连wifi都能随叫随到。插座质量不够好，有接触不良。我们住的702房间洗手间排气扇没用，房间有异味。床褥被子给人的感觉怪怪的，不舒服。没有早餐，但价格不贵，性价比还可以。

网上订票是14到15号，结果我14号凌晨入住，结果12点就开不开门，而且叫我补开房间，前台说早上6点到中午两点以前，为什么12点要锁我的门，网上显示时间明明是15号离开酒店，得不到合理的解释，就算14号凌晨要开开钱，为什么缴费时不一起收！求合理解释？
