最让人困惑的的是，服务人员的素质怎么可以这么差？不敲门直接刷卡就进房间？？？？？？问是不是要茶杯………这素质………四星级饭店出现这样的情况。真是没有办法忍受。直接进门后若无其事的又走了。不知道房间有人吗？真是气愤！
