酒店房间还是不错的，设计很好，就是太冷了，无奈换了房间，可是空调还是不灵，显示室内温度只有14度，只能加了被子，又申请了电暖。
温泉比较干净，但是住店客人只能在房间换好浴袍，想再去泡的时候，不能更换干的浴袍，需要每件另加30元，晕倒，只能裹着湿淋淋的浴袍，在这样阴冷的天气中，发抖地跑到温泉池了。

酒店位置很偏，房间设施尚可，但是服务真心不是很好，酒店旋转门十分不安全，特别带小孩的要小心，我和小孩过门时，旋转门突然停了，保安也不知道去哪儿了，拍了半天门，其他客人经过我们才出来，事后找大堂经理及保安询问，连道歉也没有，太差了！

单纯就酒店而言没有什么问题，设施还算完善，住了一天还是发现有几个问题：第一点：交通不便，适合自驾车旅游，但我们从云南飞过来，打车过来的，住在酒店里想去外面走走，打不到车，后来联系了一个车超贵！第二点是吃饭问题，我们入住正好赶上一个婚宴，我们去用餐酒店人员说没得吃叫我们去外面吃，我所不懂的是一个这样的酒店是不是因为一场婚宴就不做其他生意了！即使这样你们可不可以提前一天告知旅客呀！这是比较不舒服的地方！设施服务一流，人文关怀还可以做的更好！
