这个酒店可以用脏乱差来形容，唯独的优点就是热水还行，客房卫生打扫的可以用恐怖来形容，新开的房间，卫生间地上有长头发还有烟灰，玻璃台上一层灰，卫生间洗手台，之前客人留下的牙膏印还在！我都不知道被子有没有换过，要求换了一间房后，电视遥控好多按键都失灵，要求再换一间，让客房检查好下一间的电视遥控是否可用，说都是好的，住进来以后打开电视无信号，我连打总台电话的念头都没了！真不知道这个酒店的老板是怎么管理的，是完全不知道这个情况？还是被这些没有敬业心的手下蒙蔽着双眼！从没写过这么长的评价！只因为这酒店的管理真的是一团糟！住着都冒鸡皮疙瘩！

酒店不错，房间很大，位置靠近国门，去玉城玉器街也很近，早餐丰富，服务态度很好，干净卫生，停车场空间很大
