该酒店真是闻所未闻的最差的酒店,在携程提前交了全额的房费定金又在前台再次交了全额的房费后,到了房间,发现房间挨着过道的窗户是可以随意从外面打开,存在极大安全隐患,于前台协调换房,反复催促下,终于来了个女性工作人员,态度强硬,该工作人员说没房可换,既然我们对房间不满意,我们可以去前台办理退房手续了,真是让人超级愤怒,我交了两份房费,她们提供的房间存在安全问题,不解决问题竟然直接开口强行让客人退房,不知如此有恃无恐是为什么,但联系携程,当时附近酒店已无空房,只能无奈的凑合了一晚.
该酒店卫生间管道检查的小门竟然是用硬纸板做的,更不要幻想什么干湿分离的卫生间了.
