酒店外部环境很美。离酒店一公里左右的“勐卯晏”饭店都是民族风味，环境同样很美。
客房管理和服务员素质亟待提高。
打扫完房间后纱窗留了挺宽一道缝，进了不少蚊子，咬得一个晚上睡不安稳，严重影响第二天长途驾车安全!
退房查房时说二件浴袍不见了，其实我们只是为了腾出挂衣空间，把酒店包好的浴袍放到了衣橱的下一层，根本不曾打开，只隔了一层板竟然看不见?服务员只看了一眼东西不在原处就说不见了!害我们在前台解释、告之、等待!
酒店的环境和收费是星级标准的，但服务是招待所水平的，前台主管的脸是紧绷的，住店二天就没见过星级酒店员工应有的职业微笑。酒店从业人员的微笑训练都不曾做过?
从性价比的角度，不推荐住这里。

环境很美，交通方便，停车方便，温泉水有热的也有烫的。早餐品种较丰富。安静，晚上好休息。主楼比别墅好。

我定的是主楼，入住的是别墅，卫生间设施很差，总台讲主搂住满了，那为什么网上还可订呢？分明是不把顾客的意愿当回事
