感觉不太好，订的标间想换大床房，要每晚加价100。后来因为房间屋顶有一块快要脱落，想要换房间，服务员一副臭脸，一直催促说她要去吃饭让我们快点。卫生间没有排气扇没有吹风机，阳台推拉门关不上。订了三晚只住了两晚就离开了

空调打不起来 房间卫生一般 采光不好 居然在大厅楼下 晚上有噪音 卫生间有异味 马桶盖坏了 天花板漏水发霉 有窟窿……下次不会住这家建于2007的酒店 实在太老了

景区现在是淡季，酒店居然以我太晚通知不入入住影响其他客人入住，真是笑话，而且同程明知道我在同程网上预订且入住了希尔顿，和酒店是月结居然也不退款给我。
