酒店设计成这个样子，一点也不合理，没有残疾人通道，4号楼是一长条楼梯通道，没有扶手，轮椅无法通行，老人根本没有办法入住啊！走上去的时候还摔了一跤。真的是醉了！所谓的园景房？？对面是楼，床上还有头发丝勾着灰？第一次订五星享受的感觉比三星还差，舒适度太低了。
