酒店员工说空调坏了，说山上都空调没有氟，不能使用，也没有其他有空调房间换了，房间又打扫的不干净，潮气很重，有很大的霉味。要求退房，艺龙客服说没有办法退，早上我问其他的房客说他们加钱换了有空调的房间。我无语了。

酒店就在索道上站，很方便，房间还可以，山上总是有点潮湿的，又赶上下雨，总体还是不错的，wifi信号挺好的

住了两晚，周围环境不错。山上房间潮是肯定的，哪里都一样。晚上飞进两只蝉，被我抓住踩死了，否则叫得无法入睡，山上嘛，这种事很正常，不计较。早餐15元一位，吃着还满意，晚饭会打电话询问要不要，虽然山上菜贵一点，但比较干净，就餐环境也不错。好评。

设施陈旧，房间小、没空调、电扇也没。就连卫生间排风扇都没、热水还限时。等同山下60元左右的旅馆。

酒店阴冷潮湿 连空调都没有 热水器也是垃圾 水温不稳定 洗澡十分不方便 一晚800 不及200一晚的快捷酒店 服务差 说好的返现200也没给 感觉像骗钱 总之就是各种坑 三清山很好玩 下次还会再去 不会再住该酒店 也不会推荐他人入住

酒店的位置非常好就在索道的附近去哪里都比较方便然后价格在山上住的还算是比较实惠就是有点冷不对非常冷夏天去上班了

位置不错，适合行李多的游客，可以先寄存酒店。但是最离谱的是酒店的餐饮，价格高的离谱。一碗紫菜汤58，仅供参考
