原来给的房间很脏帮忙换了标间介绍了游览线路这点要表扬下但是wifi不可用不能刷卡卫生间浴室洗澡漏水卫生间地面积水希望酒店能改善

好失望，安排我们住在了2号楼，wifi根本不能用，房间发霉也就算了，竟然房间地板有蚂蚁，就连床上也有，儿子和我挤在一个床将近了一晚，一晚么睡好。卫生间洗澡漏了全是水，不知道网上评价的那么高分哪来的，哎，唯一就是五妹态度不错，不推荐

预付了两晚 后来有重要的事去不了 提前了十几天跟沟通能不能退部分 酒店很强硬的不入住照付 难道你们的房间都订不出去了吗

酒店周边环境还是不错的，靠近景区索道比较方便，但设施比较陈旧，我订了13间房朋友都很不满意，说不太干净，估计是过年服务人员不多，有时候前台没人有事不知道去哪里找。
