2号楼2203房间，电话机坏的，吹风机坏的，床头灯其中一个不能调亮度，洗脸盆的水龙头一开水喷的到处都是，实在对不起房间的价钱。

在这家酒店入住心情非常差，酒店环境本身还不错，服务差，早上一起床，在停车场停的两辆车的后轮都被扎破了，停在旁边还有一辆不是和我们一起的车也被扎了！这三辆车全是外地车！夸张吧？关键是保安最有意思！我们还没发现车没被扎保安就问我们补不补车胎？这么大个酒店就差这点䃼胎的钱？还有中午12：30餐厅就不接待了，没办法带着孩子到处找吃饭的地方！只能说这里的人素质太差太差！
