酒店硬件与价格相符，卫生尚可。但是前台接待太差，我们订的是豪华标间（上午电话确认），下午到达时前台确说我们订的是普通标间，后来经与艺龙沟通确认是豪华标间；拿了房间卡又打不开门，重新充磁进门发现不是豪标,再交涉前台说房间搞错了，前后耗时半个小时，搞得心情极差！所以前台接待是不够星级的！
