家庭出行避暑游，在点评里已经看到很多不好的评价，有了一定的心理准备，结果到店还有想象不到的落差，由于之前定了房间并确认了房源，结果到了说唯一的一间房子客人还没退房，并且可能会退，还不一定，并告知我说现在旅游旺季，出现这种情况很正常！What？正常，我当时就火了，工作失误竟然说成正常，硬件条件差可以原谅，但前台这种素质和态度就是很大的问题了，后来等了两个小时入住了，说一下感受，房间很旧，内设很差，电话坏的，并告知当天修不了，网速超慢，慢到电视都卡的看不成，热水到高峰期就不热了，还好是夏天，唯一的优点就是房间比较大，还算宽敞，床单被罩还算干净，奇怪的是这样的酒店还是三星，要不是提前一天订酒店好的都没了，一定不会选这里的，果断差评
