富丽华是很有名气的一个全国连锁酒店，我本人很喜欢。但是我入住的时候遗忘了一个发卡，这是我女儿送给我的第一份她自己工作后赚钱买的礼物，该酒店前台核实说没见过，对此我表示很失望。这个发卡在别人眼里很一般，但对我意义重大
