西部网讯（记者 鄢山宇）今天（1月16日）下午，经西安市重污染天气应急指挥部批准，指挥部办公室决定将西安市重污染天气预警等级由橙色预警升级为红色预警，从1月17日0时起执行Ⅰ级应急响应。并要求各区县政府、开发区管委会和市级相关部门，组织落实健康防护、建议性减排、强制性减排等三大类20项具体措施。在强制性减排措施中要求，做好限行区域内机动车单双号限行工作。
