客房服务态度好，有两个水果和一碗银耳汤。早餐可以。
没有空调！！当天温度在5～15度之间。没有空调怎么洗澡？晚上盖两个被子都冷。问服务员，理直气壮的说没开。不得已第三天换到歙县其它酒店去了。
地毯上太脏，见图片。
上楼看不认识房间号写的啥，进门洗手水管堵。

酒店是套房，门，注意，酒店房间门居然锁那里木头都烂了（忘记拍了）房间号是10楼1000，我都害怕的要死，怕锁不住，最要命的是居然没有电话能连接酒店前台和服务中心的😡（当时还拍了照片给老公看）呵呵哒...空调几乎算没用的，房间设施已经算老化了，斑迹到处都是，因为房间座机是无法联系前台的，门又是半坏的，当天晚上十一点多就提着行李箱离店了！最差住宿的一晚！没有之一！
