酒店环境不错，停车位很多，适合自驾。酒店设施也很齐全，那台电脑配置高一点就完美了。不过起的太晚没有早饭了。

酒店位置在城近郊金溪与富屯溪交汇处，去顺昌知名景点合掌岩及华阳山皆很近。江景与绿地俱佳，停车场大是其特色，有自驾车客人是上佳之选，也适合带孩子旅行。住的是别墅小楼的豪单(268元），所以没有公路重车噪音问题，且房间大而干净，大床宽大且不会软塌陷，卧具干净。可能因为前身是县党校接待单位的缘故，感觉前台与早餐厅有些工作人员未能似星级酒店般训练有素及职业热情，多少有爱理不理的＂吃公饭＂毛病（当然不是遇到的所有人）。希望这点能改进，定能在顺昌对外开放、树立形象上更上层楼。

酒店环境非常好，就是901烟味有点重，而且左侧枕头下面的床底有异味，停车也方便，适合带孩子玩，早餐也不错，就是两个服务员太尽责可能会对客人造成反感，一个老追着人登记餐券，一个经常提醒吃多少打多少，搞得好像顾客很没素质似的，其实酒店要做好这些应该尊重顾客，还有前台退房居然没人，叫了几分钟还打了电话才有人来，发票居然会少开，携程显示的金额和酒店的居然不一样，最后虽然客服赔了50元，但是希望下次不要碰到这种状况。
