房间大气上档次，工作人员很热情，中秋节还赠送月饼水果，下山回来服务员给送来泡脚盆，带中药的，洗去一天的疲劳，特别暖心，

位置绝好，氧吧旁边，除了价格略贵，其他各项真心很好，温度最热的天也就20度多点，避暑带娃都很不错。赞！

门口停车方便，服务人员也很好，因为五一期间的原因，吃早餐时人太多了，酒店位置环境都不错，门口就有一条小溪，距离森林氧吧很紧，值得推荐！

很满意，每次来都住，房间里的设施也很好，天气凉有厚厚的浴袍可以当件大外套临时救急，似乎每个忘记带厚衣服的都会这样穿，成为一道风景线

酒店很好，设施很干净，功能很完善。需要注意的是，去白云山有两高速路，洛栾高速下来以后路非常不好走，翻了几座大山，按照酒店要求导航的服务中心，结果直接从山上下去了，最后又从山下重复开上山。所以、走郑栾高速可以先导航景区服务中心，走洛栾高速直接导航酒店，不然会走冤枉路。
