五星好评。白天辛苦地爬山，晚上就该在舒适的酒店歇歇。我感觉白云人家的酒店设计还是蛮有品味的，在这里入住会很赏心悦目，这也是我来洛阳白云山游玩选择这家酒店的主要原因。另外，房间宽敞，这点我也很满意。服务也很周到，我需要晾衣架，服务人员也很快给送来了。自助早餐的种类还算丰富。两个字，满意。

房间很大，装修够档次，服务也不错，单但考虑到景区内需要爬山不建议太小的宝宝来。瀑布和云海非常不错！进山的旅途比较遥远要有心里准备

三口入住 对于一家来说大床有点小。房间颜值不错 露台美 澡盆够大 但是去的不巧 水温不够 没洗成。五星的感觉。早餐包含了 但是自助餐的内容不是很多 味道还可以 只是和酒店的感觉不太一致。硬件好提高 软件比较慢了。整体人员的服务还是不错的。可以自驾上山 盘山路 上上下下 多雾 路面湿滑 有点考验 大巴车有点破旧。还有点小瑕疵 已经反应给酒店了。最后今年开始不封山 冬天酒店有地暖 不怕冷了。中央空调 屋子里也不算潮湿 晚上还有点干燥。楼下有停车场 方便。

早餐，房间都不错，特别是有个木桶大浴缸，爬完山泡泡，很舒服。非常适合家庭度假，白云山两天休闲游，不过价格小贵。
